I didn’t start Lloyd Consulting Firm just to become another consultant with a slick sales pitch.

I started this firm because I know what it’s like when people are expected to keep going through pain, and no one talks about it.

I’m a combat veteran and a solo-parent through foster care adoption. I’ve spent years learning about leadership from the inside out, through both research and real-life experience.

Here’s what I’ve learned.

A lot of leaders aren’t struggling because they’re bad leaders. They’re struggling because they’re carrying too much responsibility with too little support.

So my work is about helping leaders build something better.

Not just a better strategy, but better systems, better culture, and better ways of leading people.

I care about people and outcomes.

I believe it’s possible to lead with both strength and compassion.
