Our history
How We Got Started
Lloyd Consulting Firm was born from a deeply personal journey and a passion for servant-hearted leadership. After transitioning from the military to civilian life, Dr. Rebekah C. Lloyd noticed a critical gap in leadership approaches that address the human impact of trauma in organizations. Driven by her own experiences as a combat veteran, solo parent, and trauma survivor, she combined her Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with years of hands-on leadership experience to develop a trauma-informed leadership framework. Naming the firm in honor of her father, who is the patriarch of their family, Dr. Lloyd established the business to help leaders and organizations navigate challenges, build resilience, and create lasting impact through people-centered strategies.
